Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to paid subscriptions and services purchased through Fluencity.social ("Fluencity," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@fluencity.social or through your account settings in the Fluencity app (when available). Cancellation requests are processed within 2–3 business days.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation is confirmed.

Access After Cancellation

After your billing period ends, access to paid features will be discontinued. Your account data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion by emailing support@fluencity.social.

Refund Policy

General Policy

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for access to Fluencity services for the billing period selected at the time of purchase.

Eligible Refunds

We may issue a refund at our discretion, or as required by applicable law, in the following circumstances:

  • • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • • Service unavailability for an extended period due to issues on our end
  • • Cancellation within 7 days of your first paid subscription, if you have not materially used paid features
  • • Any other situation where a refund is mandated by applicable consumer protection laws in India

Non-Refundable Items

  • • Partial-month or partial-period usage after a billing cycle has started
  • • Fees for services already rendered or features already accessed
  • • Third-party payment processor fees
  • • Promotional or discounted plans, unless otherwise stated at purchase
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@fluencity.social with:

  • • Your registered email address
  • • Date and amount of the charge
  • • Reason for the refund request
  • • Transaction or invoice reference number, if available

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Refunds, when approved, are initiated by Fluencity and credited by your payment provider. Fluencity is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors once a refund has been initiated.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of paid services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
